[email protected] ABSTRACT The traditional information retrieval system don not formally capture the explicit meaning of a user queries. The superior measurement of traditional search it offers a lot of characteristics for web user, where they can use it as information access system. However paradigm of information web to intelligent web. Where users necessitate is enlarging rapidly. Current web user is finding more intelligent information on web with their intended meaning. Semantic search engine is most appropriate infrastructure in that instance. It assures to make environment where users are able to retrieving knowledge oriented information. It promises to make exact answers to user queries by taking advantage of the availability of explicit semantics of information in the context of the semantic web. The key objective to write this is highlights the significance of semantic technology and their attributes.
